Your Questions Answered

We're a local Australian business with a physical presence. Not a franchise, not VC-backed. Our entire business model is built on long-term relationships — which means every customer we take on is someone we expect to talk to for the next 25 years.

We only use manufacturers with Australian offices, so even if something happened to us, your warranties are still supported by the manufacturer's local team. This is a deliberate policy — not an accident.

You can also verify our credentials directly: SAA accreditation S0429773, QLD ECL 89770, ABN 66 692 934 035.
We offer $0 upfront payment plans for qualified homeowners. There is no deposit, no interest, and in many cases, your monthly solar savings exceed your monthly payment from day one — the system is cash-flow positive immediately.

We'll model both the outright purchase and the finance scenario in your energy audit so you can see the exact numbers before committing to anything.
That's precisely why we start with a Free Energy Audit before we quote anything. We analyse YOUR specific electricity bills, YOUR roof, and YOUR usage patterns to calculate YOUR exact savings — not an industry average.

We don't make blanket promises. We show you the math. If we model your home and the numbers don't stack up — if your roof has too much shading, or your consumption pattern won't support strong savings — we'll tell you honestly. We'd rather lose a sale than cost you money.
We handle 100% of it. Every form, every certificate, every application. You do not touch a single piece of paperwork.

This includes: STC (Small-scale Technology Certificate) assignment under the federal Small-scale Renewable Energy Scheme — typically worth $1,665–$1,800 for a 6.6kW system in South East Queensland. Plus the Cheaper Home Batteries Program rebate if a battery is included — approximately $300–$311 per usable kWh from 1 July 2025. For a 10kWh battery, that's roughly $3,000–$3,110 off at the point of sale.

Total typical rebate: $2,000–$5,000+ depending on system size, battery inclusion, and postcode. You receive the full amount as an upfront deduction from your system cost.
Most installations complete in 1–2 days on-site. Your power is only off for 1–2 hours during the grid connection process — the rest of the installation time your household runs normally.

The full process from initial audit to system activation typically takes 3–4 weeks, with the bulk of that time being the rebate paperwork and grid connection approval stages — which we manage entirely on your behalf.
You call us. We're local, responsive, and here for the long term. Whether it's year 1 or year 15, you have direct access to our Australian-based team — not a call centre reading from a support script.

Because we only install equipment from manufacturers with Australian offices, warranty claims actually get processed. If a component fails under warranty, we manage the claim with the manufacturer's Australian team and coordinate the repair or replacement. You don't navigate it alone.

We also monitor your system remotely, which means in many cases we identify performance issues before you notice them on your bill.
